Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

At MyGameSim.com, we strive to provide high-quality sports simulation services to all our subscribers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds After Services Have Been Rendered

Once you have subscribed and gained access to our GameSim+ services, we do not offer refunds. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Access to game simulation advanced features
  • Premium features and analytics
  • Gold and Platinum tier features
  • API access
  • Any other subscription-based services

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the features and benefits of your selected subscription tier and agree to this no-refund policy for rendered services.

Special Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a special circumstance that warrants consideration, please contact us at webmaster@scacchoops.com with a detailed explanation. However, please note that such exceptions are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your subscription needs may change over time. You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Stripe Customer Portal (for Stripe Subscribers)

If you subscribed using a credit card through Stripe:

  1. Log in to your account at MyGameSim.com
  2. Navigate to the My Account page
  3. Click on "Manage via Stripe Customer Portal"
  4. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription

You can choose to cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel at the end of your billing period, you will retain access to your subscription features until that date.

Method 2: My Account Page

All subscribers can manage their subscriptions directly:

  1. Log in to your account at MyGameSim.com
  2. Go to the My Account page
  3. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab
  4. View your active subscriptions and cancellation options

Method 3: Email Request

You can also request cancellation by sending an email to webmaster@scacchoops.com with the following information:

  • Your account username or email address
  • The subscription you wish to cancel
  • Whether you want immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of your billing period

We will process email cancellation requests within 1-2 business days.

Important Notes

  • Stripe Subscriptions: If you subscribed through Stripe (credit card), your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through the methods described above.
  • PayPal Subscriptions: If you subscribed through PayPal, your subscription does NOT automatically renew. It will expire at the end of your subscription period unless you manually purchase a new subscription.
  • Access After Cancellation: If you cancel at the end of your billing period, you will continue to have access to your subscription features until that date. If you cancel immediately, you will lose access right away with no refund for the remaining time.
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription period.
